I am Elaine Morales and I help women who are obsessed, distressed, and downright depressed by on-going food drama in their lives to learn how to maintain their ideal weight while enjoying food and loving life.

Food drama can steal our joy, suck the energy out of us, and keep us blocked from living the life we really want.
I know, because for decades my secret food drama made me a miserable wreck.
Can You Relate?
Despite the fact that I was happily married to my college sweetheart with two great kids, a beautiful home, and a great job, my sugar addiction, secret emotional binging, and obsession with getting “control” over my eating overshadowed it all.
I felt ashamed and like a big, fat failure.
I hid out in my house on my “fat” days. I had wicked mood swings and snapped at my husband and kids. On some days, I barely had the energy to get out of bed – especially when suffering from a food hangover.
How bad was it? If forced to choose between an evening alone with my husband and an evening alone with my lovers Ben & Jerry, I’d probably be divorced right now.
Over a 15 year period, I wasted a whole lot of energy trying to solve the conundrum of My Unsightly Muffin Top and Inability to Stop Binging on Sugar. I acquired an impressive collection of diet books, took up jogging in my 30s, and, during a particularly ambitious period in 2004, attended 50 spinning classes on 50 consecutive days.
None of this activity made me any healthier or happier.
How I Discovered the Secret to Effortless Weight Loss and Daily Bliss
I finally cracked the code when I discovered that it’s not about the fat loss. I realized the body and life of my dreams, but not by landing on the perfect diet, hitting a number on the scale (in fact, I threw out my scale and recommend that you do the same!), or beating my body into submission through punishing cardio workouts.
Freedom came when I totally changed the way I thought about food, my body, and my life. I now know how to nourish myself…and the cravings and obsessions have gone away.
No More Starting Over on Mondays
As a certified holistic health coach, I provide solutions to women who are fed up with dieting woes and their love-hate relationship with food and their bodies. We work together to break the draining cycle of “good weeks” and “bad weeks” and weight ups and downs…once and for all.
Once that happens…a whole new world opens up. A world where women enjoy food and maintain a healthy weight, have more energy to go after their dreams, and feel like a rock star when they enter a room.
